Research

My research interests lie primarily at the interface of quantum many-body physics and quantum information theory. I am interested in the question of what quantum entanglement tell us about the structure of quantum states of many-body systems. Through the unifying lens of entanglement, my research focus has been on a diverse range of topics including : boundary signatures in critical systems, entanglement in topological systems, non-relativistic (Lifshitz) theories, separability problem in Rokhsar-Kivelson states and quantum spin liquids, and a host of other topics.
