Various real-space renormalization procedures will be described to analyze the dynamics of random quantum chains within the three following settings :
(i) the unitary dynamics of isolated chains in Many-Body-Localized phases
(ii) the dynamics of periodically driven chains or kicked chains in Floquet-Localized phases
(iii) the Lindblad dynamics for chains in contact with two boundary reservoirs imposing a Non-Equilibrium-Steady-State
